We accept checks, money orders and bank wires as well. All orders must include payment in full. All items are in stock and ready for immediate delivery unless otherwise noted or agreed upon (as in custom cue orders, see below). If an item is out-of-stock you will be notified and your credit card will not be charged. All orders will be charged to your credit card within 48 hours prior to the day of shipping (except custom cue orders) unless other terms have been agreed upon. Custom Cue Terms Of Sale: All custom cue orders must be paid in full at the time of the order. The only exception is when a cue is priced over $1000 in which case we will accept a 50% deposit with the balance paid within 90 days. Certain exceptions may apply as we are reasonable and open to negotiation (within reason of course). We endeavor to ship as soon as is humanly possibly and when all woods cooperate. However, please be aware that we build one cue at a time and great cues are worth waiting for. Currently, delivery is anywhere from 7 to 180 days depending on the item you choose. Email us for availability. We do not under any circumstances rush our craftsmanship and proceedures. If you do not have patience, there are many production cues available immediately. There are also some "custom cue makers" who will rush an order (or have just what you need, available in days) in order to secure your payment and oblige a customer. Great cues, like fine wine, take time. Deposits: Any deposit or payment remitted is subject to liquidated damages. In-other-words, we will refund your deposit less any costs incurred as a result of your default. Best to be certain of what you want and are ordering before you order it. We live up to our expectations and we hope that you will do the same. Warranty: Workmanship and materials are guaranteed for as long as you own your cue, providing there is no abuse. Resale: All Barringer Cues have the highest resale value especially when trading in your old cue for a newer model. We will credit you 80% of the original purchase price towards any new cue of higher value provided there is no abuse and the cue has been fairly well maintained. Your Barringer Cue, if well maintained will in all probability increase in value but it's nice to know that you have the protection of a financially strong firm backing the resale value with an 80% guarantee towards trade. Many cues lose their value over the years and in our opinion, this is especially true of production cues. Many Barringer Custom Handcrafted Cues retain their original value and in many cases are worth significantly more. This can be attributed to the high quality craftsmanship, flawless design and especially the limited availability as well as the waiting period for a new Barringer Cue. Of course, certain restriction do apply such as this guarantee is offered only to the original buyer and subject to condition (usual wear is ok). Additionally, if you own your Barringer Cue for 3 years or more, Barringer will back up it's purchase by a 100% guarantee. Own your cue for 3 years and we will credit you 100% of your purchase price towards any new Barringer Custom Handcrafted Cue of greater value.
